Currently employed by Trinity University College, Carmarthen a higher education establishment as a senior lecturer within the school of Sport of Health, Exercise and Outdoor Education (S.H.O.E), these duties include module co-ordination, delivery, management and examinations for BA single and joint honours students, technical support for external organisations and directing NGB’s as income generation for the schools business unit. I have also provided an external perspective for four of Uclan's degrees and act as external examiner for the same degrees within their School of Sport, Tourism and the Outdoors. I also provide independently NGB’s, educational and technical support for many centres, ranging from Carmarthenshire County Council, the City and County of Swansea (Youth Service), Bridgend County Council, Neath and Port Talbot Borough Council, PGL, Fairbridge UK (UK southern regional advisor), The Prince’s Trust, the National Trust and many (30+) independent organisations All over the UK. It is my policy to support individuals and organisations that use the outdoors. I do this via professional guidance and advice. I have also supervised and written many schemes of work including; the Brecon beacons leader scheme, climbing at tidal sites, gorge walking, coasteering validations, overseas water safety training and water safety training for Dfyed Police service.
