Dear Client

Re: Role of Technical Advisor.

I am pleased to see that all is going well with the licensing. I personally believe it is giving the credibility our industry so desperately needed.

As most of you know I provide technical advice for many centres, See the list on the web site. In order to offer a more defined service for this very important role, I have enclosed a schedule of duties as your technical advisor. Some centres have taken full use of my services, some abused them (well done!), one or two have only contacted me only once, and that was to ask,’ if I would be their technical advisor’.

The costs are detailed in the enclosed simple contract. For those of you that do not offer me, a cup of coffee there will be lunch expenses. I hope you believe, this represents exceptional value, as I am able to offer advice on two roles, Canoesport and Climbing / Mountaineering. There are plans for caving, & I intend to undertake this in 2010. In the mean time however I can place you with an exceptional Technical Advisor for underground activities.

If you could provide me with a copy of your staff profiles and working procedures, I will endeavour to put development plans together for your organisation and team.

All requests are now to be dealt with on a piece of paper, i.e. letter (slow) fax or email. This will enable the office to track the frequency and response to your queries, whilst providing a more responsive and professional service. That is unless you just wish to chat or have an informal query.

Keep in touch.

Yours sincerely

Sandra Beynon
